The Instructional DVD’s come free with each sling and extras are $1.00. You will want to help each of your sling customers get the maximum usage out of their sling. The best way to do this is to demonstrate the sling for them and help them practice using it. If they are not close enough to give them a demonstration, encourage them to use the instructional DVD "How to Tie One On." We feel it is crucial to successful baby wearing for new parents. The total running time is 20 minutes. It explains in explicit detail exactly how to wear their baby in the sling from newborn to 3 years old. It shows various tips and tricks beginning with putting it on and the putting baby in perfectly right from the start! We've met parents who didn’t like the sling, only because they did not know how to wear it. We've never met a mommy or baby who didn't like our sling who knew how to wear it correctly. Being a distributor, you are the authority and the one your customer is relying on for expert advice. If you encourage learning to use the sling by following the DVD you will very rarely get a customer who wants to return her sling because she didn't like it.
